About Us
Born and raised on Oahu, Jantzen Shinmoto is a charismatic and well-respected REALTOR. His past clients would describe him as respectful, optimistic, and unbelievably helpful. He speaks English as well as local pidgin English.
Before becoming a REALTOR Jantzen received his Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Elementary Teaching from Lewis & Clark College. He taught 1st Grade in Oregon for two years and then taught one year here on Oahu. Helping educate people whether they are our keiki or a person buying/selling home has been a passion for him. Jantzen also has the MRP (Military Relocation Professional) certification and he specializes in first-time homebuyers, military relocation, luxury homes, and real estate investors.
Growing up in Hawaii Jantzen has experienced the housing market first hand and has seen his family go through different living situations. Coming from a middle class family this has motivated him to pursue a career in real estate to eventually create financial freedom for his family and everyone around him. With the high cost of living here Jantzen wants to create a future that will ensure his family can stay on the island that way they can enjoy what Hawaii has to offer for generations to come. In addition he is able to help educate his friends and family about making smart real estate decisions so that they too can become financially stable in their own lives.
